We are a full service, licensed and insured heating and air-conditioning company located in Norcross, Georgia, serving the northeast-metro Atlanta area for over 30 years.

At Spencer we strive every day to provide our customers with competent service at a fair price.  We install, service and maintain all makes and models of residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment.  We also apply our expertise to solving whole house problems such as uneven temperatures and high utility bills.

We aim to give each customer the level of service we would have for our own homes.  And we think that we are strategically positioned to do this.  We have the advantages of our larger competitors—courteous and professional customer service representatives, knowledgeable and well supported servicemen, and a state of the art warehouse and training facility.  And we are small enough to make your needs our priority—we never lose sight of our customers! 

Since we opened our doors thirty years ago many homeowners have found a "home" with us.  This is also true of our service staff.  Our average serviceman has been with us over ten years and not a few over fifteen.  To say the least we offer a time tested experience!
